A groundbreaking project dedicated to celebrating and advancing Muslim excellence sustainably, profitably, and efficiently. Focuses on securing a central Christchurch location to create a vibrant hub that includes the House of Healing, House of Wisdom, House of Peace, and a Bazaar. This exceptional project will be rolled out in two Phases. 

PHASE A:  Asturlab intends to acquire a commercial building for a non-Cash Waqf Muslim community center. It will offer programs for all ages, including a gym, martial arts, café, restaurant, co-working space, education academy, and a magnificent Masjid. A Cash Waqf will be invested in a Shariah-compliant Exchange Traded Fund and will generate compounding returns for generations to come. 

PHASE B: Completes the Enlightened City by introducing a holistic medical clinic for Muslims and non-Muslims. Ultimately, this will position Christchurch’s Muslim community as an exemplary model of service inspired by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
